Stampforge is an educational publication about professional engineering review and sealing, published by Apex Grid Engineering PLLC under the Stampforge brand. Stampforge is a brand of Apex Grid Engineering PLLC. Engineering services are provided by Apex Grid Engineering PLLC and its licensed engineers. The content here explains processes, concepts, and rules of general application in the United States.
What this site is not
This site is not an offer of engineering services in any jurisdiction, and nothing on it creates an engineer–client relationship. Reading a guide does not engage the firm; an engagement exists only when a written scope and quote has been issued and accepted for a specific project. The site publishes no prices, no rate schedules, and no turnaround commitments, and no statement on it should be read as one.
What we do not guarantee
Educational content here is general information, not advice for a specific project. Codes, rules, and requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time; the authority having jurisdiction for your project is the authoritative source for its requirements. Separately, and as the guides state: a professional engineer's seal does not guarantee that a permit will issue, that an authority will approve any document, or that any particular timeline will be met. Permit approval and turnaround times are not guaranteed.
Eligibility and availability
Engineering engagements are accepted only where the sealing engineer is licensed and the firm's registrations support the work. Availability for any project is confirmed at scoping for each engagement. Statements in the library describing how licensure and jurisdiction work are explanations of the regulatory framework, not assertions about any project's eligibility.

The text and design of this site are the property of Apex Grid Engineering PLLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Short quotations with attribution — the use this library is written to invite — are welcome.
